Sherry Kneip is a local emerging artist who is a dedicated member of the Visual Arts Guild of Frisco and the Visual Arts League of Allen (VALA). Additionally, she also serves on VALA's board, advocating for and supporting the vibrant art communities of Collin County. Sherry began exhibiting her work in 2025 through VALA and is eager to share more of her artistic journey with the public in the coming year.
Sherry Kneip is an emerging artist working primarily through acrylic and oil painting to create expressive, colorful abstractions that evoke a sense of relaxation and introspection. Her work is deeply inspired by the natural world, exploring the delicate interplay between movement and stillness, light and shadow, joy and sorrow.
Through her art, Sherry seeks to open a window of possibility for viewers—inviting them to pause, reflect, and interpret her paintings in their own unique way. Each piece serves as a catalyst for personal connection and conversation, encouraging a meditative dialogue between the observer and the canvas.
